Terms of Service

Important: In case of illness or symptoms, always consult a licensed veterinarian. The platform's recommendations do not replace a veterinary examination.

Registration: Certain platform features require registration.

User responsibility:

• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data you provide
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password
• One person may have only one active account
• You may not share your account with another person
• You may not use the platform for illegal, unethical, or terms-violating purposes

Subscription type: The Pro plan is sold on a monthly or annual subscription and renews automatically based on the selected cycle. One-time purchases (e.g. individual diet report, personal consultation) are also available and are non-recurring.

Billing cycle: Payments occur monthly or annually based on the selected plan and your billing day.

Payment: Payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. Stripe handles payment data; we only store the transaction status.

Failed payment: If a payment fails, we will notify you. Persistent payment failure may lead to suspension of access.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains active until then.

Refund / withdrawal: EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise it, email info@dogdietlab.com. For digital content (e.g. a delivered personalized report), this right may be waived once you have expressly consented to the start of performance. For US customers, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies on Pro subscriptions if you contact us within 30 days of purchase.

DogDietLab's recommendations serve nutritional informational purposes only.

• The platform does not replace veterinary advice.
• Somos Media Bt. accepts no liability for any health, financial or other damages arising from use of the platform.
• You apply the recommendations at your own responsibility and risk.
• The accuracy of recommendations depends on the accuracy of the data you provide.

Special rule: If your dog shows health complaints, symptoms or you suspect an illness, you must seek veterinary advice.

Somos Media Bt. reserves the right to:

• Suspend or delete user accounts that violate these terms
• Immediately revoke access in cases of abuse, infringement or dangerous behavior
• Modify or discontinue the service with 30 days' notice

Cases of breach: illegal activity, account sharing, technical attack, or other serious violation of these Terms.
