The Expert plan is a personal consultation with Réka Fazekas-Birizdó, canine nutrition specialist. It's ideal for more complex situations: allergies, multiple overlapping conditions or special dietary needs. It's a one-time fee, not a subscription.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your My account page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep access for the period you already paid for. No long-term commitment.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Card details are processed directly inside Stripe's secure environment, we never store them and never have access to them.

Yes. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal: if it's not for you, email info@dogdietlab.com within 14 days and we'll process the refund as required by law. No questions asked.
